(WTNH)- We celebrated National Sandwich day at News 8 with something Irresistible!

The irresistible sandwich made by Owner, Ray George and Tim Tarrant from Ray & Mikes was simply, irresistible. The sandwich is made with steak & cheese with buffalo chicken filet and can be put on either a roll, a sub or turned into a giant sandwich!

Ray & Mike’s Deli, located in Hamden has been around for almost 21 years! The famous irresistible sandwich is a combination that was invented for putting the two most famous sandwiches together years ago and it is one of the many sandwiches they offer at their sandwich shop!

The popular spot is open seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. that means they also have delicious breakfast sandwiches! So if you’re in the mood, or not, celebrate National Sandwich day with a combination of meet, cheese, and veggies.
